Nishka - Adopted
My human friends say they think I’m adorable! Hi, there! My name is Nishka. I am a female Australian Shepherd blend born on June 30, 2018. All the people who have met me say I’m a little girl with a big personality (that’s a good thing, right?). I have lots of energy to play and learn. I don’t mind digging in a pile of toys to find the perfect one. I’m a happy, friendly, independent, and cuddly girl. I would really like to meet you because I think we would fall in love, don’t you?

Giovanni - Adopted
Hi! Do you like furry friends? My name is Giovanni and I am a male Australian Cattle Dog blend. I was born on June 13, 2018. I am Giselle’s brother; I bet you never would have guessed! We have been fostered since we were 5 days old and I’ve gotten bigger! This is my “you know you want to meet me” face, don’t you think? I would love to show you what a sweet boy I am and what a nice, new furry family member I can be!

Giovanni (now Nugget) is getting so big! He is his moms best friend and study partner. His parents love him so much.

Giselle - Adopted
I’m giving you my “I’d love to be loved by YOU!” look, can you tell? My name is Giselle and I am a female Australian Cattle Dog blend. I was born on June 13, 2018. I am Giovanni’s sister, but we don’t look anything alike! That’s funny. We have been fostered since we were 5 days old and look at me now! I have lots of puppy love to share with you. I hope you come visit me. I’m ready to come home with you!

Koda - ADOPTED
Hello! How are you? My name is Koda. I am a male Australian Kelpie blend. I was born on August 8, 2017. My people took me to the shelter because they didn’t have enough time for me. I now live with a foster and his family. I have been told I am regal, well behaved, intelligent, love people of all ages as well as cats and dogs (of all sizes)! I've got lots of energy and I'm strong, so it might be best if I am around older children. I would love to learn and love with you. Why don’t you come see me and I can show you what a nice boy I am?

Luke - Adopted
I would love to share my smile with you! My name is Luke and I am a male Japanese Chin blend, born in February, 2018. I’ve been told I am a gentle and calm sweetheart. I love people, cuddles, and playtime, followed by a good snooze. I feel so lucky to be with people who are teaching me how it is to be loved. Are you ready for a new furry friend who wants to show you some love? Then get to know me. I know you’ll be pleased.

Oso - Adopted
Oso, here! I am a male Pekingese Mix. My foster says I’m a total sweetheart, but I do need a bit of socialization with unfamiliar circumstances. I love spending time with my 3 foster siblings, going exploring, getting cuddles and giving kisses (they say I make silly faces, too). I’m told I have that adorable puppy energy and provide lots of entertainment. I guess I’m pretty sweet and adorable, huh? I would love to meet you and show you what a sweet pup I am.

Larry
Hello! My name is Larry and I am a male American Staffordshire Terrier, about 2.5 years old. I am neutered and weigh 34.4 lbs. I am a special needs boy. When I was in the shelter, I drank excessive amounts of water (I was tested for diabetes and it was negative). Now, in my foster home, I don’t have that problem anymore. I might have a seizure problem, but have only had one mild one since I’ve been with my foster. I have mild vision impairment and limited peripheral vision. I am easily over-stimulated and need to be in a very calm and quiet home. I like music, jazz and the harmonica and it helps me to settle down. I have joint problems, but my foster gives me glucosamine and puts leg warmers on me, if it is cool. My foster says I can be a real love bug. I love meeting new people and dogs and I’m happy wherever I go. But, if another dog is rude and obnoxious, I’ll be the same way, too. That’s why it is suggested I be around a calm and respectful dog or a cat. Sometimes I get “mouthy” so my foster has taught me “kiss”. I like that! If necessary, I can be redirected into a sit followed by a reward (I am very food motivated). Soft and gentle touch is my favorite and I love dog puzzles and big dog toys! It would be best for me to be around no children, or children over 15. Clicker training has been the most effective communication for me. I know sit, touch, down and am learning recall (but right now, the leash is important for recall). I’m also working on being house-trained. I love to fetch and do best when the ball is thrown slowly and in view. I am all up-to-date on my vaccinations. My new family will need to be aware of how I am and willing to work with me and give me a calm environment. In return, I will give you lots of love and you will be glad you gave me a chance!

Snowbelle - Adopted
Happy little Snowbelle, here! I am a female GSD blend (maybe with some Lab) and I was born on May 5, 2018. I am a special needs pup because I have scoliosis (curved spine) and a hip abnormality. My foster is very happy that I’m walking so much better and not falling as much! I’m kinda shy at first, but I do start to “warm up”. I’m not real fond of being held so much (for now), but I will be happy to cuddle! I love to play outside. (I also like to play in the water bowl when my foster mom isn’t looking.) I do like other dogs, too! I’m a happy girl! Can you see that when I smile? I would love to find my forever home with someone who is aware of what I need, and how I am, and how much LOVE I have to share!

Herman - Adopted
Good things do come in small packages! If you are looking for unconditional love and affection, then meet Herman! He is a Rat Terrier blend, around 3 years old and just over 10 pounds; a perfect gentleman who just wants to fill your days with cuddles and kisses. His foster says he is smart, devoted, and not yappy. He loves to walk on a leash and meet other friendly dogs (no matter the size), or just hanging out on your lap. He is almost totally housebroken, not a picky eater, sleeps in his crate (but loves to sleep with his humans), plays well with other dogs, but would be okay as an only dog, hasn’t been tested with cats, yet, so they would need to be introduced. Like most dogs, he likes treats, but the great thing is that he doesn’t seem interested in chewing on things! He is heart worm negative and is on a preventative and he also just had his teeth cleaned, so he has an even more beautiful smile! He does okay with children, but would probably be better with those over 8 years old. He is a sweet, low-maintenance pocket pup looking for a forever family to worship and adore.

Georgia Georgette - Transferred
Hi, there! You look like a very nice person! My name is Georgette and I am a female Dutch Shepherd blend, approximately 1 year old.
My foster says I am very playful and affectionate and full of energy! I love treats of any kind. I am around 59 lbs. and very strong. I’m great with other dogs, but I haven’t been introduced to cats, yet. Since I am so strong, my foster suggests that I not be around small children. I use a puppy door and she tells me I am very smart! I’m learning to walk on a leash, crate training, and being house broken. Do I sound like a good fit for you? I sure hope so! Come visit me and I know we’ll fall in love with each other.
